Mountainous Starlet Coral grows in layers to form a small mountain-like shapes. Surfaces are usually smooth with uniformly distributed and evenly extended corallites. Most commonly found in the waters of South Florida, Bahamas and the Caribbean ranging in depths from 15' to over 100'.Each piece of Mountainous Star Coral (Montastraea annularis) shown on this page is unique. When you purchase one of these pieces, you are getting the actual piece shown. The dimensions shown correspond to how you are viewing the piece of coral in the photo.
