Ordering, Shipping, and Return Policies
Orders
We accept orders online, using PayPal or a major credit card. PayPal orders are processed in real time, meaning your PayPal account is charged when you submit the order. Major Credit Card orders are processed within 24 hours of their receipt. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. Each one of Coral Pieces is unique. When you order, you are getting the exact piece you added to your shopping cart. There may be circumstances where the piece you have ordered, was sold just before you submitted your order. If this occurs, you will be notified by email and no charges will result. If you need to contact us about your order, please us this

Shipping
- Within the United States: We offer free shipping within the 50 United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are shipped within 48 hours of either the PayPal or Credit Card charge approval. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.
- International Shipping: For shipments overseas, please contact us to obtain a shipping price quote prior to placing your order. Include the item number in your inquiry.
Return Policy:
You may return your item for any reason within 7 days from the date you received it. Within this time frame no item will be accepted without prior return authorization from us which can be obtain by
contacting us by email using this link before returning the item. Be sure to include the Item Number in this email. You will receive a refund
less all initial shipping and handling charges and a re-handling fee. Before we can restock the returned item it has to be inspected and then go through the cleaning and drying process. The re-handling fee is $25 per item. Orders shipped back to us without prior communication and authorization will be refused and the sale considered final.
Damaged Shipments:

by email using this link if you receive your item damaged in shipping.
We pack our items very carefully. Unfortunately we cannot control the shipment’s handling once an item leaves us. In the unlikely event of a shipment arriving damaged, it is imperative to keep ALL packing material and boxes that the item was shipped in and we must be notified immediately of the damage. These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Without the original packing material and box, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you. This is a strict policy that we are forced to abide by from the carriers’ insurance and we must pass on the same strict policies to our customers. Sorry, no exceptions to this policy.
